How Trade In Works
Step 1 — Gather your eligible shoes
Have a pair you loved but don’t wear anymore? We accept shoes that are functional and in solid condition.
Step 2 — Request your trade-in
Fill out a quick form with basic details (brand, size, condition). We’ll reply with next steps and return instructions.
Step 3 — Get store credit
Once we receive and confirm eligibility, we’ll email your store credit. Your shoes will be refreshed, graded, and listed to find their next owner.
