Size & Wear
How Do I Know My Size?
Order your usual size in HOKA or On Running. Check out our size charts. Light wear does not affect fit. If you’re unsure, compare with a pair you already own or contact us for guidance.
What is the Condition of the Shoes Sold by KollageKixx?
Every pair we sell goes through a careful inspection and reconditing process before it ever reaches the site.
Shoes are cleaned as needed to remove dirt, odors, and surface wear, then reviewed for overall condition, structure, and wearability. We focus on what actually matters for everyday use comfort, cleanliness, and remaining life.
Once reviewed, each pair is graded into one of our condition tiers so you know exactly what to expect before you buy.
If a shoe doesn’t meet our standards, it doesn’t make the cut.
Everything Returns
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all items.
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Items must be returned in the same condition they were received.
We encourage customers to review product photos and descriptions carefully before ordering, and to reach out with any questions prior to purchase.
How do I start a return?
To start a return, please contact us using the email address @kollagekixx.com
Once your return request is received, we’ll provide instructions for sending the item back. We recommend using the original packaging when possible and ensuring the shoes are securely packed for transit.
If you need help at any point during the process, feel free to reach out we’re happy to assist.
Are there any items that cannot be returned?
At this time, all items are eligible for return within the 30-day return window.
Items must be returned in the same condition they were received. Returns that show signs of additional wear or use beyond what was originally listed may be subject to partial or denied refunds.
When can I expect my refund?
Once your return is received, we’ll inspect the item and process your refund.
Refunds are typically issued within 2–3 business days after the return is received.
After the refund is processed, it may take 5–10 business days for the funds to appear on your original payment method, depending on your bank or payment provider.
You’ll receive confirmation once your refund has been issued.
Is there a return shipping fee?
If the return is due to an issue with the order (wrong item, item not as described, or damage during shipping), return shipping is covered.
If the return is due to preference (size, fit, or change of mind), the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

How does the trade-in process work?
Email us @kollagekixx@gmail.com follow the instructions we email you, ship your shoes, and receive store credit after eligibility is confirmed.
What credit can I receive?
Credit depends on the shoe’s condition tier and resale viability.
How is credit value determined?
Trade-in credit depends on the pair’s brand/model and overall condition.
Credit is issued as store credit to use on any future Kollege Kixx purchase.
Wholesaling Inquires
Do you sell wholesale as individual pairs?
No. Wholesale inventory is sold in bulk lots only. If you want individual pairs, shop our retail listings.
Are wholesale shoes cleaned or graded?
Wholesale lots are sold as is and may be dirty or show cosmetic wear. Pricing reflects this. Buyers should expect mixed condition within each lot.
Can I return wholesale inventory?
No. Wholesale orders are final sale. This allows us to keep wholesale pricing competitive and the process fast.
