Return Policy

30-Day Returns
All items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be returned in the same condition it was received
  • Please avoid additional wear beyond indoor try-on
  • Include the shoes securely packed

How to start a return

Email us using the contact address listed on your order confirmation and include:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you’re returning
  • The reason for the return

We’ll respond with return instructions.

Return shipping

  • If your return is due to an issue on our end (wrong item, damaged in transit, or not as described), return shipping is covered.

  • If your return is due to preference (fit, change of mind), the buyer is responsible for return shipping.

Refund Timeline

Once your return is delivered back to us:

  • We typically process refunds within 2–3 business days
  • After processing, most banks/payment providers take 5–10 business days to post the refund

You’ll receive confirmation when your refund is issued.
